How to report an error on Cleartext, how we correct it, and the log of corrections made.

If an answer is wrong, incomplete or out of date, we fix it and say so. Corrections are recorded in the answer’s changelog with the date and what changed, and listed below.
To report an error, email [CORRECTIONS EMAIL] with the page link and, ideally, a source. We aim to respond within [NUMBER] business days.
